The company supplies Synthetic and Natural Graphite and Calcined Petroleum Coke, processed to specific size and chemical requirements, serving automotive and industrial manufacturers across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for a disciplined and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Representative based in the Delhi / Sonipat region. This is a fixed-salary, work-from-home role involving regular local travel to meet potential and existing clients. The role focuses on market research, client outreach, and relationship management, with coordination handled remotely with the Chennai head office.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential customers in the brake lining, friction materials, automotive, and allied manufacturing sectorsApproach and engage new clients through visits, calls, and follow-upsMaintain long-term relationships with existing customersPresent company products and capabilities to clientsCoordinate product samples, technical discussions, and client requirements with internal teamsGather and share market feedback, competitor insights, and regional demand trendsMaintain basic records of leads, client interactions, and follow-upsSupport marketing and business development activities as requiredQualifications & SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum 5 years of industry experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently in a remote setupBasic working knowledge of MS Office applicationsWillingness to travel locally for client meetingsMandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheeler or car for travel within Delhi / Sonipat and nearby areasOwn laptop for day-to-day work and reportingReliable internet connectivityCompensation & BenefitsFixed monthly salaryTravel allowances reimbursed as per company policy
