Technical Sales Support Specialist

Analyze RFPs/RFQ, extract key requirements, and create compliance checklists or outlines and responses.Research the client, project, and internal capabilities to shape win themes and solution strategy.Draft, edit, and format proposal sections (executive summary, technical approach, methodology, team, pricing narrative, company profile, past performance).Customize boilerplate content and maintain/update a proposal content library and templates for reuse.Collaborate with subject matter experts for technical and financial details, and translate them into clear, non‑technical language where needed.Ensure full compliance with instructions: structure, page limits, mandatory forms, eligibility, and submission requirements (online portals, email, hard copy, etc.).Proofread for accuracy, consistency, and branding (tone, style, formatting) and manage version control.Track timelines and drive the proposal schedule: kick‑off meetings, review cycles, approvals, and final submission.Handle inhouse sales support items like incentive calculations, productivity metrics of the teams etc.
