Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their requirements, and offering suitable solutions to generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, client engagement, and coordinating with the field sales team to close deals.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and web research. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable facility management services. Schedule appointments and demos for the field sales team. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and opportunity information. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and feedback. Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales manager.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (B2B preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Preferred Attributes: Experience in facilities management, real estate services, or corporate sales. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools. Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity
