With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.Purpose of this position / Position summary : Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets Primary duties and responsibilities : • Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers • Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel.Job Specification :• Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales.• Experience – Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry. • Strong channel & distribution management skills.• The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities. • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist. • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments. • Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities. • Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
