Job Description:
Objective:As a Regional Sales Lead you will lead and execute sales, business development and team building strategies across Delhi NCR and will be targeting enterprise and mid-sized B2B clients. You will play a key role in scaling market presence, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep experience in the technology or digital services space, along with the ability to manage long-term client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:● Lead Generation and Sales Growth by effectively using mixed lead mechansim tools and self starting capabilities. ● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for IT software services within the assigned territory. ● Prospect and qualification lead, focusing on both new and existing clients. ● Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT services to potential clients. ● Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful contract finalization (end to end). ● Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned IT service accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential. ● Market Awareness and Competitiveness ● Maintain a deep understanding of the bespoke and SaaS IT services landscape (Web Designing, Mobile Application Development, CRM, ERP and Digital Intelligence Marketing) including market trends, competitor activity and customer needs. ● Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across India, UAE and EMEA markets. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers at target companies. ● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and trends. ● Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. ● Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align client solutions. ● Monitor regional sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly. ● Represent the company at industry events, virtual summits, and networking opportunities. ● Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and service enhancements.Qualifications In addition to Graduation / Post Graduation:● 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital solutions, or IT services. ● Proven success in managing regional sales across India and international markets; an excellent communicator and conversation commander. ● Strong network of enterprise and mid-market contacts in the tech or digital services sector. ● Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a sales team in a fast-paced, highperformance culture. ● Strong ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. ● Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities are important. ● Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
