Our products help cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, QSRs, gyms and fitness studios to serveconsistent, nutritious smoothies with zero prep, zero confusion, and minimal wastage .Role Overview We are looking for ahigh-energy HORECA Sales Executiveto onboard cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and QSRs for our ready-to-blend smoothie range. The role involvesfield sales, product demos, tastings, trial conversions, and relationship management .Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and onboardHORECA clients(cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, QSRs) Pitch and explain theready-to-blend frozen smoothie concept Conductproduct demos, tastings, and trials Convert trials intorepeat and monthly orders Achieve monthly sales and outlet onboarding targets Account Management Build strong relationships withowners, chefs, and F&B managers Ensure smooth reordering and client satisfaction Gather feedback and support menu integration Upsell new flavours and product extensions Field & Operations Coordination Plan and execute daily outlet visits Coordinate with internal teams for: Dispatch & Order fulfilment Maintain lead trackers, visit reports, and order status Follow up on payments as requiredRequired Skills & ExperienceMust-Have 1–4 years ofHORECA / Institutional / B2B sales experience Experience selling to cafés, restaurants, or food service outlets Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable withfield sales and daily outlet visits Ability to close deals after sampling/trials Good to Have Experience infrozen foods, beverages, dairy, FMCG, or food ingredients Understanding ofmenu costing, margins, and wastage control Existing HORECA contacts Basic Excel or CRM knowledge Familiarity with cold storage / freezer-based productsWhat We Offer CTC:₹3–5 LPA + performance incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling food brand Exposure to HORECA, QSR, and café chains Hands-on role with strong learning and growth potentialIdeal Candidate Profile Street-smart, energetic, and relationship-driven Comfortable working weekends when required Passionate about food, beverages, and clean eating trends Can sell value, not just price
