You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and founders to ensure customers don’t just convert once, but stay, return, and advocate.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that good sales is not pressure; it’s clarity, timing, and service.Experience in F&B, food, wellness, or consumer brands will be a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesRetention & Customer SuccessOwn post-purchase communication and customer follow-upsBuild and execute retention journeys across WhatsApp, calls, and CRM toolsEnsure high-quality customer experience from first interaction to repeat purchaseHandle inbound and outbound conversations with empathy and clarityCRM & Lifecycle ManagementMaintain and manage CRM data accuratelySegment customers based on behaviour, frequency, and valueTrack repeat rate, drop-offs, and churn indicatorsCoordinate with marketing to activate relevant retention campaignsSales Support & Relationship BuildingConvert warm leads and re-engage past customersAssist customers in understanding products, subscriptions, and offersUpsell and cross-sell responsibly based on customer needsResolve objections and concerns without oversellingFeedback & Internal CollaborationCapture customer feedback and share insights with marketing and product teamsIdentify recurring issues, objections, or experience gapsWork closely with operations to resolve delivery or service concernsMaintain clear documentation of customer learnings and patternsRequirements3–4 years of experience in sales, retention, CRM, or customer success rolesStrong spoken and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)Experience working with CRM tools, WhatsApp-based sales, or support systemsAbility to handle customers with patience, confidence, and accountabilityPrior exposure to F&B, Hospitality, food, wellness, or consumer brands preferredComfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-heavy environmentBased in Delhi and willing to work onsiteWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who treats customers as relationships, not ticketsComfortable owning outcomes, not just conversationsStructured in follow-ups, notes, and CRM hygieneCalm under pressure and respectful in difficult conversationsSomeone who understands that retention is built through consistencyWhy This RoleDirect ownership of customer relationships and retention outcomesClose collaboration with marketing and foundersOpportunity to shape how customers experience the brand beyond adsCandidate Assessment Link:
