Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our Amazon USA store, with a primary focus on the leather accessories category. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of Amazon Seller Central operations and drive revenue growth, profitability, brand visibility, and operational excellence across all aspects of the marketplace.This role requires hands-on expertise with Amazon US Seller Central, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing and scaling products on . Prior experience in leather or fashion accessories is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Business Growth & StrategyOwn and execute the overall growth strategy for the Amazon USA store.Drive revenue, profitability, BSR improvement, and category leadership.Identify new growth opportunities through product expansion, pricing optimization, and category trends.Listing Optimization & Content ManagementCreate, optimize, and manage high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords).Lead A+ Content, Premium A+, Brand Story, and Storefront optimization.Ensure listings comply with Amazon US policies and best practices.Advertising & PromotionsPlan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).Manage ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall advertising efficiency.Execute deals, coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal promotions.Analytics & Performance TrackingAnalyze key metrics: sessions, conversion rate, unit session %, returns, refunds, reviews, and BSR.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Use tools such as Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.Account Health & ComplianceMaintain excellent Account Health Rating (AHR).Handle cases related to listing issues, suppressed ASINs, policy compliance, and claims.Manage reviews, customer feedback, and brand reputation.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon USA Seller Central.Proven success in scaling Amazon US accounts in any category (leather or fashion accessories preferred).Strong understanding of:Amazon SEO & ranking factorsPPC & advertising optimizationAmazon Brand Registry & Brand AnalyticsExperience working with international sellers / exporters is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Preferred SkillsCategory experience in leather goods, fashion accessories, lifestyle, or gifting.Familiarity with US compliance, HS codes, and export logistics.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.What We OfferOpportunity to lead and scale a growing premium leather accessories brand in the USA.High ownership and decision-making responsibility.Performance-linked growth opportunities.• Exposure to global e-commerce operations and brand building.
