As the bridge between our creative powerhouse and our diverse portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships, driving brand strategy, and identifying new avenues for business growth.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the social media landscape, a keen eye for brand aesthetics, and a proven track record in client servicing and business development within a creative agency setting.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies for our social media and design teams.Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.2. Strategic Growth & Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services (e.g., expanding a design client into a full social media retainer).Lead and participate in pitch presentations for prospective clients.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations to clients.3.
