Job description The Mission at Eazybe: We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a /"Commander/" of the first impression. Your goal is to penetrate the Brazilian and LATAM markets, turning inbound interest into a high-velocity revenue engine. This isn't just about making calls; it’s about mastering the /"Speed-to-Lead/" and building trust in a market that values relationship and persistence.The Profile We Want Native/Fluent Portuguese: You can conduct deep discovery calls and handle complex objections in Portuguese without hesitation. Market Exposure: You understand that the Brazilian market runs on WhatsApp, Voice Notes, and Relationships. You know when to push and when to nurture. Metric-Obsessed: You live for the scoreboard. You know your Dial-to-Connect and Lead-to-Demo conversion rates by heart. Late-Night Warrior: You thrive in the 5 PM – 2 AM IST shift, aligning your peak energy with the business hours of our LATAM clients. Key Responsibilities Speed-to-Lead: Execute our 5-minute response mandate. You are the first point of contact for every hot lead entering the LATAM ecosystem. High-Volume Outreach: Manage 100+ touchpoints daily across calls, emails, and high-impact WhatsApp sequences. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct diagnostic discovery calls to identify pain points and ensure only /"ready-to-buy/" prospects reach our AEs. CRM Integrity: 100% pipeline hygiene. Every interaction, follow-up, and /"next step/" must be documented in the CRM. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. Regional Strategy: Adapt the Eazybe pitch to fit the cultural nuances of Brazil and the wider LATAM region, emphasizing trust and localized ROI. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales/SDR roles. Fluent/Native Portuguese + Excellent English communication. Proven experience selling into Brazil or the LATAM market. Mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Comfortable with a Hybrid work model and the 5 PM – 2 AM IST shift.
