Work Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New DelhiWork Schedule: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Full-Time)Domain: Sales Back Office Job Summary The Sales Back Office Executive supports the sales team in the aviation parts business by managing quotations, sales orders, documentation, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate records, and timely delivery of aviation components while complying with aviation industry standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders for aviation parts and componentsCoordinate with the sales team to support customer inquiries, pricing, and order follow-upsMaintain accurate records of inventory, orders, deliveries, and customer dataCommunicate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding availability, lead times, and shipmentsEnsure all sales documentation complies with aviation regulations and quality standards(e.g., certificates, traceability documents)Track order status from confirmation to delivery and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare invoices and support the finance team with billing and payment follow-upsUpdate ERP/CRM systems with sales and customer informationAssist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summariesSupport audits and inspections by maintaining organized and complete documentationRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (preferred)Experience in sales support or back office operations, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or parts tradingBasic understanding of aviation parts, components, and documentation (e.g., certificates of conformity, traceability)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systemsAbility to work well under deadlines and in a team environmentPreferred SkillsExperience working with aircraft parts distributors, MROs, or airlinesKnowledge of international trade, logistics, and IncotermsFamiliarity with aviation regulatory bodies (FAA, EASA, etc.)Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with regular coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teamsMay involve interaction with international customers and supplierscustomers and suppliers
