Job Description:
This is a key operations role that sits at the center of our sales engine. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are always in stock, orders are processed correctly, leads are followed up, and all billing is accurate. You will work directly with management and will be trained on our systems.Key Responsibilities 1. E-commerce Operations Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and our website Process and monitor orders, returns, cancellations and customer queries Maintain product listings, pricing and offers Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for dispatch and replenishment2. Demand Generation & Sales Growth Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance Assist in running Amazon & Flipkart ads and promotions Monitor best-selling and slow-moving SKUs3. Inventory Planning Maintain SKU-wise stock records Forecast demand and raise restocking requirements Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory Coordinate with production and purchase teams4. B2B Sales & IndiaMART Handle IndiaMART leads and inbound enquiries Call customers, share product details and quotations Follow up and close B2B orders5. Billing & Accounts (Tally) Prepare invoices, GST bills and delivery challans Track outstanding payments and follow up Maintain basic financial and sales reportsRequired Skills Experience with order processing and inventory management Familiarity with IndiaMART or B2B sales platforms Basic to intermediate Tally & GST billing Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Good communication skills for customer follow-ups Organized, detail-oriented and reliableEducation & Experience Graduate in any discipline (, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome We will provide training for the right candidatesCompensation:₹2.5–3 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
