The role involves providing technical support, conducting field service visits, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for machinery and inspection systems. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient implementation of solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for the Customer Success journey and will be working as a single point contact for the clients in the region.QualificationsDiploma / B. Tech either in Mechanical / ElectricalProficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service processesStrong skills in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of machinery and systemsExcellent Communication skills for customer interaction and collaborationAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experienceExperience in the automation or inspection systems industry would be highly beneficialFlexibility to travel for field service work when needed.RequirementAt least 2 years of Work Experience in a similar field.Must be well versed with the Local AreaMust know the local Language.Should have a bike and the expenses for the same will be reimbursed by the company.Annual CTC4-5 Lakhs depending on the experienceTravelling Expense to be paid extra
