Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in New Delhi with the flexibility to work remotely on some occasions. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales through client acquisition, nurturing customer relationships, and managing leads. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, pitching tailored travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales management team, offering insights for training, and contributing to revenue growth. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.Proven expertise in customer service and building trust-driven relationships.Experience in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.Familiarity with sales management practices and participating in training initiatives to improve team performance.Goal-oriented mindset with organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.Experience in the travel industry and knowledge of international cultures is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
