The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing in plastic industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, meetings, and networking.Manage and optimize IndiaMart and other online platforms for lead generation and sales.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and data analysis.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the plastic industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares.Good knowledge of IndiaMART and online sales platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
