It is renowned for its award-winning UniServe™ NXT digital suite and leadership in customer communication management solutions.Role DescriptionHiring a senior Government Sales professional to drive ₹25 Cr annual billable revenue by expanding existing government accounts and opening new Central & State Government departments/PSUs. The role requires deep experience selling Software / IT Services / Office Automation / e-Governance solutions and the ability to work effectively with Indian bureaucratic systems (IAS/IPS/Secretaries level).Key Deliverables- Achieve ₹25 Cr annual billable revenue (collection-based, not just order booking)- Grow existing Government & PSU accounts and open new departments- Own end-to-end bid lifecycle: RFP analysis, drafting, submission, negotiations, and order closure- Build strong relationships (IAS, IPS, Secretaries, Commissioners, PSU Heads)- Drive account mapping, opportunity identification, and pipeline conversionMust-Have Experience10–15+ years in Government / PSU SalesProven track record selling:- Software Products- IT Services / System Integration- Office Automation / Digital Platforms- Large IT / e-Governance ProjectsStrong understanding of:- Government procurement processes (GFR, GeM, State Tenders)- QCBS / L1 / consortium bidding models- Hands-on experience in bid/tender orchestration and RFP buildingCritical Personality & Behavioral Fit (Non-negotiable for success in Government Sales)- High patience, persistence, and resilience for long sales cycles- Strong bureaucratic & political acumen—understands hierarchy, protocol, and formal decision-making- Relationship-led selling mindset, not transactional- Executive presence and comfort engaging senior bureaucrats- Structured, compliant, and detail-oriented approach- High integrity and ethical conductSupport Structure- Supported by Bid Management Team, Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Tech Support- Focus is on sales and relationships, not delivery execution
