Job Title: Salesforce QAExperience: 3 YearsWork Hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (US Business Hours)Location: Remote (Work From Home)Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation: Up to ₹7 Lakhs per AnnumRole Description:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with US-based clients, understand requirements, and create detailed test cases and test scenarios to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations.You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to validate functionality, identify defects, and support smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with US-based clients to understand requirements and clarify testing needs.Analyze business and functional requirements to design and document test cases, test scenarios, and test data.Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications — including UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows against requirements.Execute test cycles across different environments (sandbox, UAT, production).Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Work closely with developers to reproduce and verify defect fixes.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users in validation.Required Skills:3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1+ year of Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.Proven ability to create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to interact confidently with US clients.Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.Basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and sandbox testing environments.
