Salesforce Automation Expert

The role is with a large Organization in the Electrical Space. Only those who are comfortable with 6 days working environment and have worked on large scale projects in Sales Organization should apply.Professionals in this role will work work with internal stakeholders (to gather requirements, design workflows, migrate data, and integrate Salesforce with other systems), IT team and Salesforce team. They ensure a smooth transition, provide user training, develop dashboards and optimize the platform for efficiency.Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Salesforce best practices are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities -Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.Adept at understanding business requirements, conducting systems analysis, and ensuring effective architecture and technology plans.Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platformProvide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the businessAdhere to and promote best practices, and design the guidelines for security procedures.Required skills and qualifications10 or more years of experience with automations & implementations.Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and more. Skilled in preparing BRD, SRS, RFP responses, and UAT strategies for CRM and ERP applicationsSkilled in DMS / SFA / VPP / E-retailer / MDM etc.Advanced experience with Salesforce configurationsAbility to project manage the phased implementation of various automation / implementation tools. Background in CRM process design and implementationExperience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools.User friendly Dashboards.Strong presentation and communication skills.Budget - 15 - 20 Lacs
