The role involves customer interaction, product selling, brand representation, and maintaining store/event hygiene and discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and engage walk-in customers at stores and eventsExplain Satv Dairy products (A2 dairy, ghee, laddus, cookies, traditional foods) clearly and confidentlyDrive daily sales and upselling of productsHandle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions (where applicable)Maintain cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangementEnsure product freshness, expiry checks, and FIFO practicesFollow company SOPs, grooming standards, and discipline guidelinesSupport event setup, dismantling, and smooth executionCollect customer feedback and encourage repeat purchasesDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year experience in retail sales / food brand stores / exhibitions / eventsGood communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personalityAbility to stand for long hours and work in shiftsHonest, punctual, and target-drivenPassion for healthy, natural, and traditional food products
