Area Sales Engineer

Area Sales Engineer – North India | German Engineered Process Equipment (Agitators) Industries:Oil & Gas | Specialty Chemicals | Polymers | Paints | Pharmaceuticals | Food Processing | Process Industries STC-Group is expanding its sales operations in North India and is looking for ambitious, performance-driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our regional presence. This role offers the opportunity to work with German-engineered agitators and process equipment, serving leading industrial customers and EPC projects across the region. What You Will Do:• Drive business growth and order intake across Oil & Gas, Chemical, Polymer, Paint, Pharma and Food industries • Promote and sell German-engineered agitators and customized process equipment solutions • Identify new leads, manage opportunities and convert projects into confirmed orders • Understand customer process requirements and propose technically optimized, value-driven solutions • Prepare, submit and negotiate techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams • Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors and end users • Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications and commercial negotiations • Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming capital investment projects  What We Are Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales / business development within process industries • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and engineered solutions • Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills • Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently • Willingness to travel across the assigned North India territory  Added Advantage:• Experience in Oil & Gas and EPC-driven project sales • Working knowledge of agitators, mixing systems or rotating equipment  Location & Coverage:Base Location: New Delhi Territory: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh  Why Join STC-Group:• Represent German engineering quality and reliable process solutions • Performance-driven role with clear growth and earning potential • Exposure to major industrial customers and EPC projects • Long-term career development in a growing international organization  Take Charge of Your Sales Career:If you are motivated by targets, growth and technical challenges, we would like to hear from you.Apply now by sharing your updated resume and become part of STC-Group’s growth story in North India.
