Job Description: E-Commerce Manager Category: Skin Care, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Home Care Department: Sales / E-commerce Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years (Marketplace & D2C experience mandatory) Salary: Upto INR 70,000/- Job Summary Style & Shine Essentials is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and scale the company’s online business across existing marketplaces and new e-commerce and quick commerce platforms . The role requires ownership of account management, onboarding, listings (including A+ content), inventory, operations, analytics, and platform expansion , with a strong execution and growth mindset. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Account Management (Existing Platforms) ·      Manage and own seller accounts currently operational on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart . ·      Ensure account health, policy compliance, performance metrics , and uninterrupted operations across these platforms. ·      Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace escalations, issue resolution, and relationship management . 2. New Platform Onboarding & Expansion ·      Lead the end-to-end onboarding of brands onto new marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata CLiQ , and other relevant platforms. ·      Coordinate account setup, documentation, commercial negotiations, catalog readiness, and platform approvals. ·      Serve as the liaison between internal teams and marketplace category managers to introduce, position, and scale the brands. ·      Identify and evaluate new marketplace and D2C opportunities aligned with the brand and category strategy. 3. Quick Commerce Onboarding & Liaison ·      Take ownership of introducing brands into quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh , etc. ·      Liaise with quick commerce partners for onboarding, SKU mapping, pricing, margin structures, and SLA alignment . ·      Coordinate backend readiness including inventory sync, fulfillment processes, and service-level compliance . 4. Product Listing & Content Management ·      Create, upload, and manage product listings across all marketplaces. ·      Optimize titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions , and backend search terms. ·      Develop and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) on Amazon and equivalent premium content formats on other platforms. ·      Ensure catalog accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. 5. Pricing, Inventory & Discount Management ·      Manage pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies across platforms. ·      Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using OMS tools such as Unicommerce . ·      Monitor stock levels, sales velocity, and SKU performance to prevent stock-outs and over-selling. 6. Order Processing & Operations ·      Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from order receipt to dispatch. ·      Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and 3PLs to ensure SLA adherence. 7. Returns, RTO & Reconciliation ·      Track and analyze returns and RTOs , identifying root causes and corrective actions. ·      Support finance in payment reconciliation, commissions, penalties, and documentation . 8. Performance Marketing, Analytics & Reporting ·      Coordinate platform-level marketing initiatives following Plan → Execute → Review → Optimize methodology. ·      Track KPIs including sales growth, ROAS, order TAT, RTO %, and platform performance metrics . ·      Prepare regular performance and growth reports with actionable insights. Skills & Competencies ·      Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart (mandatory) ·      Proven experience in onboarding brands to new marketplaces ·      Exposure to quick commerce platforms and FMCG fulfillment models ·      Expertise in A+ Listings / Enhanced Brand Content ·      Proficiency in Unicommerce or similar OMS tools ·      Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills Qualification ·      Graduate & above (Bachelor’s mandatory) ·      Preference for Digital Marketing or E-commerce–focused education Preferred Industry Background ·      Beauty & Personal Care ·      FMCG / Consumer Products ·      Healthcare / Pharma ·      D2C and Marketplace-led businesses Additional Expectations ·      Highly result-oriented and execution-focused ·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage FMCG environment Strong cross-functional and external stakeholder management skills
