Key duties involve market analysis, digital marketing, leading sales activities (calls, site visits), forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and property profitability. He should Promote Hotel in B2B & B2C clients, Meet the potential corporate, event organisers, travel agents and generate business for Hotel.Key Responsibilities: ·Sales Strategies:-Develop & implement plans to hit revenue targets, identify new markets, and analyse trends/competitors. ·Client and Relationship Management:-Build strong ties with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers; nurture existing accounts and prospect new ones. ·Negotiations & Contracts:-Negotiate terms for group bookings, events, conferences, and corporate agreements. ·Team Leadership:-Recruit, train, motivate, and guide the sales team, monitoring performance through reports. ·Marketing Collaboration:-Work with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives. ·Revenue and Reporting:-Prepare forecasts, analyse sales data, and use CRM systems to manage pipelines.
