The role focuses on ensuringproduct availability, visibility, merchandising excellence, and flawless execution of sales and promotional strategiesacross key modern trade accounts to achieve assigned sales targets and strengthen the brand presence of Style & Shine Essentials.Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution & Growth Achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsfor the assigned modern trade territory. Drivesecondary salesthrough effective in-store execution and stock movement. Increase sales per store by improvingassortment, shelf visibility, and promotional execution . Support expansion byadding new modern trade outlets and securing additional product listings . Retail Execution & Merchandising Ensuredaily market visitsand full coverage of assigned modern trade accounts. Ensureadequate product availability , correct shelf placement, proper facing, and adherence to planograms. Executein-store promotions, schemes, and product launchesas per company guidelines. Ensure allPOSM and marketing materialsare correctly installed, visible, and well-maintained. Supply & Operations Coordination Coordinate withinternal supply chain, logistics, and merchandising teamsto ensure timely replenishment and smooth operations. Monitor store-level stock levels and ensureproper stock rotation (FIFO)to avoid expiry or damages. Proactively flag supply or execution gaps and ensure timely resolution. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track and reportpricing, competitor activity, promotions, and shelf sharein modern trade outlets. Gather retailer and shopper feedback on product performance and share actionable insights. Submitdaily, weekly, and monthly sales and market execution reportsaccurately and on time. Account & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong working relationships withstore managers, department heads, and modern trade staff . Act as the primary point of contact for execution-related matters at the store level. Resolve operational or execution-related issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Compliance & Discipline Ensure strict adherence tocompany sales processes, reporting formats, attendance discipline, and ethical standards . Maintain professional conduct while representing the brand at all retail touchpoints.Skills & Competencies: Strongcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills Sound understanding ofmodern trade retail operations and merchandising Ability to build and sustainlong-term relationshipswith modern trade partners Goodnumerical ability and reporting discipline Result-oriented, execution-focused, and self-motivated Strong time management and planning skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryQualification & Experience: Minimum Qualification:12th Pass Graduate preferred, MBA is a plus. Experience:2–5 years of experience inFMCG Personal Care/Consumer Goods/Pharma PriorModern Trade sales experiencewill be a strong advantageKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Indicative): Sales target achievement (Modern Trade) Store coverage and visit discipline Product availability and shelf visibility Execution of promotions and launches Quality and timeliness of reporting Retailer relationship management
