We are looking for a motivated and energeticTelesales Executiveto join our team and help expand our customer base across India. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bagasse disposable products. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Update CRM/records with customer information, call logs, and sales activities. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer support. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling (FMCG/packaging/hospitality supplies preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
