We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedAccount Manager – SMB Salesto manage, nurture, and grow relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. This role calls for a strong consultative mindset, the ability to understand client needs deeply, and the drive to deliver value through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in upselling, cross-selling, and managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closing—while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and long-term retention.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients as a trusted advisor. Understand client needs, identify business challenges, and propose customized product and service solutions. Drive revenue growth by executing strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and achieve individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and customer success. Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to position offerings effectively. Represent the company at SMB events, trade shows, and networking forums. Track, analyze, and present sales activities, forecasts, and insights to management. Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of proven experience in SMB account management, consultative selling, or B2B sales. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
