The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales strategies, engage with clients to understand their needs, and provide product solutions. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, generating leads, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company objectives. The role requires proactive efforts to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong sales, client relationship management, and communication skills Market research, lead generation, and strategic planning skills Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and presentations Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of sales processes Knowledge of the Automotive, Telecom, or EV industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
