The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for our ready-mix products. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers. Identify new business opportunities within the construction sector. Achieve monthly sales targets and meet growth objectives. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and ongoing projects. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. RequirementsProven experience inReady-Mix Concrete sales(mandatory). Strong communication skills inEnglish ;Arabicis highly preferred. Minimum2–3 years of Gulf experiencein the construction or ready-mix industry. Valid GCC driving license preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
