The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value property sales, team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Generate qualified leads from various channels and convert them into sales closures • Audit and verify sales leads daily to ensure accuracy and quality. • Maintain and update lead management sheets with proper classification (K1, K2, K3, etc.). • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products. * Follow up on leads generated through marketing and inquiries. * Explain company offerings, answer client queries, and provide accurate information * Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements in alignment with company policies • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive strategy • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management reviewKey Skills & Competencies: * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong persuasive and closing ability * Leadership and team management skills * Understanding of high-end real estate customer profiles * CRM tools proficiency (preferred)Employment Type Full-Time (On-site, New Delhi) Industry Luxury Real EstatesDrop Your CV: Vineet Chauhan (GM Human Resources) Vineet.chauhan@ vaishnavi.verma@ hr@ 8580900459, 78765 03028
