The ideal candidate will leadD2C growth , optimizemarketplace performance , and enhancebrand visibilityacross all digital platforms while driving strong revenue outcomes.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensivesales and marketing strategiesto achieve business goals. Oversee daily operations acrossAmazon, Flipkart , and theKarwan website . Leadperformance marketing , manage advertising budgets, and optimize ROI acrossGoogle, Meta, and Amazon Ads . Strengthen the brand through effectiveproduct positioningandconsumer engagement . Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve sales, visibility, and operational performance. Manageinventory planning , order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics teams. Identify and explore new growth opportunities across D2C andQuick Commerce platforms(Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience inE-commerce Sales ,D2C Management , orBrand Marketing . Strong understanding ofmarketplace operationsand D2C ecosystems. Excellentanalytical, communication, and leadershipskills.
