Sales Executive – FMCG (Personal Care) | Style & Shine EssentialsLocation:Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi Working Days:6 days Timings:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Type:Full-Time Experience:Minimum 3 years Salary:₹40,000 onwards per month About the RoleWe are looking for ahigh-energy, detail-oriented Sales Executiveto support and strengthen our sales operations acrossModern Trade, Institutional Sales, E-Commerce , and theGeM portal .We are specifically looking for candidates from FMCG – Personal Care backgrounds.Professionals fromadjacent categories (Household Care, Pharma Cosmetics, Beauty, Hygiene, Breweries, etc.)are also welcome to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing sales strategies across Modern Trade & Institutional channels Manage day-to-day activities including order follow-ups, payment coordination, and promo execution Coordinate with institutional clients to ensure smooth order fulfilment Support listing management and updates across E-Commerce and GeM platforms Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate documentation Work with internal teams (supply chain, accounts, warehouse) for timely deliveries Conduct basic market research to track competitor activity and pricing Support product launches, promotions, and brand activation initiatives Who We’re Looking ForMinimum 3+ years of FMCG experience , preferably inPersonal Care Experience inModern Trade and Institutional Sales is mandatory Backgrounds fromPersonal Care–adjacent industriesalso considered Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sales tracking tools Why Join Us?Be part of a growing consumer brand in the personal care space Exposure acrossModern Trade, Institutional, E-Commerce, and GeM Learn directly under experienced managers and grow in a multi-channel sales environment
