You will drive end-to-end sales forwebsite, app, SEO, and digital marketingprojects for Indian and global clients. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in thedigital agency / IT services sectorthrough research, networking, andlead generation . Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potentialB2B clientsvia cold calling,email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking . Experience inselling website/app/digital marketingprojects from agency background preferred. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. UseLinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo.io, or Upworkto generate B2B leads and pitch agency services. Collaborate with thedigital marketing teamto ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies. Conductpresentations, demos, and negotiationsto secure new business deals. Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Work on both self- generated leads(LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork) and marketing-qualified leads. Exposure towhite-label/outsourcingpartnerships will be considered an advantage. Manage thesales pipeline , tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Prepare and deliverproposals,contracts , andreportsto clients and internal stakeholders. Design and implementsales funnel strategiesto optimize conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth. Experience working in anIT/digital marketing agency selling website, app, or marketingservices. Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Ability to craft compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Proven track record ofachieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of digital agency services likeWebsite Development, App Development, UI/UX, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing. Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with CRM systems tomanage lead s andsales activities . Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
