Work Timings:2pm to 11pm IST Monday to Friday, Netaji Subhash Place (onsite only)Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and drivenSales Representativeto join our dynamic aviation sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aircraft parts and the aviation aftermarket, along with proven experience in managing customer relationships, processing RFQs, and closing sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities Handle and process incomingRequests for Quotation (RFQs)from customers. Drive thesales of aircraft spare partswhile ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. ConductFair Market Value (FMV)checks and market research to support quotations and pricing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners. Follow up diligently on quotations sent to secure orders. Manage and monitorpurchase orders and sales orders , ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.Key Skills & Qualifications Experience:Minimum 3–7 years of experience in aviation sales or related business. Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Industry Knowledge:Solid understanding ofaircraft partsand aviation supply chain operations. Commercial Awareness:Strong business acumen and assertiveness in negotiations. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools. Personal Attributes: Highlyself-motivatedand target-driven. Analytical thinkerwith attention to detail. Result-orientedwith a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
