Transparency: We communicate transparently, especially when stakes are high and act consistently across situations and people.Role Overview As aSales Associate , you will work closely with the Associate Director – Sales to ensure smooth execution of all sales-related processes. From closing deals to managing invoices and nurturing long-term client relationships, this role is key to both the operational efficiency and future growth of the gallery’s sales function.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Deal Closure Assist in progressing and closing art sales by coordinating with clients, artists, and internal teams. Ensure timely follow-ups on pending deals and maintain updated sales trackers. Invoicing & Documentation Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure invoices are raised and closed on time. Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with gallery policies. Client Relationship Management Support the development and nurturing of collector relationships post-sale. Maintain a database of client preferences, purchase history, and engagement for future outreach. Exhibition & Event Support Assist during exhibition previews and gallery events by hosting clients and supporting sales conversations. Prepare necessary sales materials, such as price lists and artist dossiers. Internal Coordination Work cross-functionally with the curatorial, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Escalate issues or delays promptly to the Associate Director – SalesGoals of the role: ●Enable efficient and on time support to sales managers and sales leaders, by ensuring timely invoicing, client support and building client relationships ●Provide data analytics to sale team for planning and prioritizing clients.Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or account management — ideally in the art, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel conversations and tasks. Comfort with working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with discerning clients. A genuine interest in contemporary art and artist-led storytelling is a plus.Work Schedule: Six (6) days per week, with Monday as the regular weekly day off.
