At DocFyn, you’ll work with some of the sharpest minds in healthcare and SaaS as we build the next generation of growth tech for India’s Healthcare ecosystem.We’re hiring passionatein New Delhi / Bangalore — ambitious professionals who love driving growth, solving real-world problems, and creating impact in the rapidly evolving healthcare domain.Location New Delhi / BangaloreExperience 1–3 years in Sales (Healthcare, SaaS, or Digital Marketing background preferred)Compensation ₹40,000/month + high-growth incentives + performance bonuses + travel reimbursements’ • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential hospitals & clinics • Pitch DocFyn’s healthcare CRM, digital marketing, and AI-driven growth solutions. • Conduct online and on-ground meetings (client visits across Delhi NCR). • Understand client pain points and design tailored growth strategies. • Deliver impactful demos, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals. • Maintain CRM-driven reporting and consistently exceed monthly revenue goals.’ • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in Healthcare SaaS or Ex-Practo background is a strong plus). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • A go-getter who thrives in a high-paced startup environment and embraces ownership. • Passion for healthcare tech, digital marketing, and AI innovation.?
