Role Data Solutions Sales Leader - APACDesignation AVP/VP Experience 18+ Years Location: Greater Noida, 5 days work from officePosition Overview The Data Solutions Sales Leader will be responsible for driving our data transformation agenda across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep technical expertise in data architecture and a proven ability to lead consultative, value-driven engagements across industries. The An ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on technologist and a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholdersKey Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Data & AI offerings across Singapore, Thailand, and broader APAC Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships Align sales initiatives with global data vision and regional business objectives Consultative Solution Selling Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data challenges and architect tailored solutions across: Data Architecture & Engineering Data Warehousing & Data Lakes Data Governance & Quality Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence Lead complex sales cycles with a focus on business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes Client & Partner Engagement Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), partners to co-develop and co-sell data solutions Solution Development & Delivery Collaboration Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape winning proposals and ensure seamless execution Provide strategic input into solution design, pricing, and delivery modelsSkills & Experience 18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 7+ years in data solutions leadership roles Strong hands-on understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms Proven success selling into BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in APAC Deep familiarity with the business and regulatory environments in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc. Results-Oriented. Highest level of customer orientation. Exhibits excellent judgment and holds himself/herself to high standards. Hires & develops great people, able to inspire passion. Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution. Drives innovation from the team.
