Role SummaryWe are seeking adetail-oriented Accounts Executiveto manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should be proficient inTally ERP,GST & TDS compliance, andbookkeeping. This position is ideal forCA Intermediate or Final studentswho wish to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting. Key ResponsibilitiesHandleday-to-day accountingactivities and ensure timely posting of entries. Record and maintain daily accounting transactions andbooks of accounts. Performsales and debtors reconciliationandpurchase and creditors reconciliation. Manageaccounts payable/receivable,vendor payments, andpetty cash. Postbank entriesand performbank reconciliationsregularly. Prepare and filemonthly GST returnsandquarterly TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Assist inFixed Asset Register (FAR)preparation as per theCompanies Act. Supportmonthly closing,financial reporting, andaudit preparation. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing, documentation, and reconciliations. Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degreein Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Pursuing CA Intermediate or Final(preferred). 1–2 yearsof experience or relevant internship in accounting. Proficient inTally ERPandMS Excel. Strong understanding ofGST, TDS, and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
