As we expand our operations and presence across markets, we’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who want to grow with us and contribute to a young, dynamic company where ideas turn into action.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute apan-India sales and distribution strategyacross General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA, and E-commerce. Identify, onboard, and managedistributors, super-stockists, and retail partnersin priority states (Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu). Drive monthly and quarterlysales volume and revenue targetswith clear performance metrics. Lead, train, and motivate a growingregional sales teamto achieve expansion goals. Work closely with marketing fortrade promotions, sampling drives, and visibility campaigns. Monitor trade spends, pricing strategy, and product margins to ensure profitability. Coordinate with operations and financefor forecasting, logistics, and credit management. Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to adapt strategy dynamically. What We’re Looking For7–12 years ofFMCG or beverage industryexperience (carbonated drinks, juices, or functional beverages preferred). Proven record ofbuilding distribution networksand achieving strong sales growth. Deep understanding of Indianretail, trade channels, and distributor ecosystems. Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to roll up sleeves and build from the ground up. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Open to travel extensively across India. Compensation & BenefitsCTC Range:₹18 – ₹28 LPA (based on experience and performance). Performance Incentives:up to 15% of annual CTC.
