Designation – Programmatic Sales - Business Development Experience – 3+Years Job Location - Delhi CP Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for programmatic advertising across the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including agency trading desks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices in programmatic sales and ensuring high performance. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Client Consultation: Serve as the primary consultant for clients on programmatic advertising solutions, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in programmatic advertising or digital sales, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and data management platforms (DMPs). Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
