Location: New Delhi SettleMint India SettleMint India was formed in 2019, with headquarters in Delhi, India. Our team focuses on client deliverables and the development of high-performance low-code Blockchain and AI technologies. We operate from Delhi, along with certain project locations. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, managing existing relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through online sources, databases, and market intelligence. Make outbound calls, meet potential clients, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities to engage potential clients. Qualify inbound leads and determine their fit, needs, and readiness for sales engagement. Define and customise use cases to propose to each potential client. Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and presales team for presentations and demos and product fitment. Consistently meet weekly and monthly activity targets as well as getting new clients onboard (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline generation). Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company products/services to effectively pitch suitable products. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business and marketing or IT sales. At least 2 years of experience in Tech sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS/Tech preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build relationships. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets. Proficiency in CRM tools would be an advantage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales engagement platforms. Experience in SaaS IT services, or technology products. Familiar using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for building relationships. Self-motivated, dynamic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
