Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Medical Devices Company: Synergistix India Location: Delhi NCR About the Opportunity: Synergistix India is seeking a motivated and technically-astute Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and innovation in the medical device industry by representing our portfolio of high-performance, medical-grade materials. You will be at the forefront of providing solutions to leading OEMs in the Cardio, Neuro, and Peripheral Vascular sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales by engaging with OEM customers who manufacture devices for minimally invasive procedures, medical implants, IV cannulas, covered stents, syringes, and various types of needles. • Serve as the primary technical expert on our product line, including medical-grade Nitinol, precious metals, silicone, epoxy, PU, and ePTFE. • Understand complex customer applications—from stents and coatings to surgical blades—and recommend the ideal material solutions. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, or a related field). • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a technical sales or related role within the medical device industry. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the target customer profile and applications. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be a self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset.
