Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Star Consulting Global. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, training, sales management, and developing sales strategies. The role is located in New Delhi with the flexibility of working from home. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Experience in training or coaching Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
