Job Description:
Sales Coordinator Objective To efficiently handle administrative and support tasks in Sales department, ensuring smooth team coordination and timely completion of assigned responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with team members for data collection and collation. Prepare and maintain accurate reports for management review. Assist the team with documentation, filing, and other administrative support. Ensure proper record-keeping and timely sharing of updates. Handle day-to-day office coordination and follow-ups. Work on Excel to prepare and manage data sheets. Create and update presentations using PowerPoint as per business requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and advanced excel. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and support multiple team members effectively.
