Position: Sales Head – Climate Technology Solutions Location: Onsite | Delhi, India or Bhubaneswar, Odisha About Aurassure:- Aurassure is a climate-tech company delivering hyperlocal environmental intelligence on air quality, flood risks, and climate change. Role Overview:- As Sales Head, you will work closely with the Founding Team to drive business growth and build lasting partnerships. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for climate solutions and a proven ability to deliver results in B2B and B2G markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and leading the sales team toward achieving ambitious revenue goals. Frequent client travel will be required. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with clients across sectors such as Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Industries. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Promote and sell Aurassure’s suite of solutions, including air quality monitoring systems, flood monitoring systems, and weather forecasting stations. Conduct client meetings to generate new business opportunities and secure high-value contracts. Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate value, ROI, and the impact of real-time environmental monitoring. Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure revenue targets are met. Maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, market needs, and regulatory changes to inform strategic growth. Qualifications:- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in environmental services, technology, or related industries. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in negotiation and deal-closing, with consistent revenue achievement. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, B.Tech, Climate Tech/Environmental Technology, or a related technical field; MBA preferred. Why Join Aurassure?
