Key Responsibilities• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls/emails, and update leads in CRM. • Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers. • Virtual Demos: Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries. • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions. • Reporting: Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team. Required Qualifications • Graduate degree in any discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles.
