Role Overview We’re seeking an Account Manager who can serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership. This person will own client relationships, manage deliverables, ensure accountability across teams, and drive projects to completion. If you’re someone who can handle multiple moving pieces, lead with confidence, and deliver tangible results, this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring trust and long-term relationships Understand client goals deeply and align internal execution to meet them Communicate campaign updates, reports, and strategic recommendations effectively Team Leadership & Accountability Oversee cross-functional teams: Paid Media, Creative, Retention, and Web Development Hold team members accountable for timelines, quality, and deliverables Run weekly check-ins, align priorities, and manage project dependencies Operations & Delivery Ensure all client projects move smoothly across pipelines (ads, creatives, retention, web) Track KPIs and deadlines through project management tools Identify blockers early and coordinate solutions with leadership Strategic Input Collaborate with strategy leads to refine campaigns and deliver performance improvements Proactively spot opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services Ensure feedback loops between clients and internal teams stay tight Requirements 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project leadership in digital marketing or growth agencies Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and internal teams simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Results-oriented mindset with evidence of delivering growth/impact for past clients Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar) Comfort with analyzing marketing performance data and translating it into actionable insights What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading D2C brands A leadership role with high visibility and impact Dynamic, ambitious, and growth-driven team culture How to Apply Send your CV and a short note on your most successful account/project to
