Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, effectively communicating technical information to clients, and assisting in the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, demonstrating product features, developing technical solutions for customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Sales skills Technical Support and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field Experience in the travel technology industry is a plus Strong understanding of web technologies and products
