Job Description – Project Sales Engineer Location: Patparganj, New Delhi Experience: 5 – 10 Years Industry: Lithium Battery / Energy Storage / Automation Required Skills & Qualifications B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation, capital equipment, or the lithium battery industry . Strong understanding of plant setup, SPMs, robotics, and battery assembly lines. Sound knowledge of P&L management, project budgeting, and ROI analysis. Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire clients for turnkey lithium battery manufacturing and automation projects by generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals. Develop and manage B2B project sales in battery assembly lines, cell testing, automation, and robotics. Prepare techno-commercial quotations, including P&L analysis, ROI, and investment justifications. Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to demonstrate capabilities.
