The role requires mentoring counsellors, driving performance, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of counsellors across UK & US shifts. Achieve sales and performance targets consistently. Maintain long-term client relationships with professional communication. Develop and implement strategies to grow Aimlay’s presence in global markets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of overall work experience, with minimum 3 years of proven experience in team leadership (mandatory). Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve targets. Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and presentation skills. Prior experience with UK or US markets will be an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in any field .
