Ltd. – Sultanpur, New Delhi Industry: Event Hospitality / Luxury Banquets / Experiential Venues Experience Required: 4–10 Years in B2C/B2B Event Sales / Luxury Hospitality Role Overview Zorba Entertainment is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Lead/Head to drive revenue across premium weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings. This role involves leading end-to-end sales efforts, building corporate and planner relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent growth. Key Responsibilities • Own and drive the revenue target for venue sales, including weddings, social functions, and MICE events. • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiation, and closure. • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, corporates, and luxury clients. • Lead event-specific sales strategy, pricing, and packages aligned with business goals. • Supervise and mentor the sales team to improve productivity, CRM usage, and closure rates. • Track KPIs including inquiry-to-conversion ratio, average booking value, and market competitiveness. • Collaborate with F&B, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth client handover and execution. • Explore and expand corporate alliances, hotel partnerships, and outbound lead funnels. • Represent Zorba at industry exhibitions, showcases, and experiential marketing platforms. Must Have • Experience: Minimum 4–10 years in B2C/B2B venue or hospitality sales, ideally within luxury banquets, wedding destinations, or large-format events. • Strong network of wedding planners, corporate decision-makers, and event organizers. • Proven ability to drive high-value closures and manage complex client expectations. • High emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and negotiation capabilities. • Experience in CRM systems, sales funnel tracking, and team leadership is essential. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Event Management preferred.
