We’re seeking a Corporate Sales Associate with a proven track record in B2B wellness and hospitality, . This is not a front-desk or operations role—we seek a strategic seller who can pitch and close corporate retreat packages, build relationships with CXOs, and position Ekaanta as a premium wellness solution for companies across India and globally. Key Responsibilities Corporate Business Development Identify, target, and acquire HR leaders, L&D heads, CHROs, and CXOs at mid-to-large corporates Pitch Ekaanta’s corporate wellness offerings , including silent retreats, resilience workshops, and leadership offsites Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of high-value corporate leads Strategic Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients—from pitch to post-retreat feedback Nurture long-term client relationships for recurring engagements and referrals Represent Ekaanta at corporate events, wellness conferences, and HR forums Sales Operations & Coordination Own the sales funnel: outreach → meetings → proposals → contracts → conversions Collaborate with internal teams (retreat ops, marketing, program design) to tailor solutions for corporate needs Maintain and update CRM records, track KPIs, and prepare monthly sales reports Requirements 3–6 years of corporate sales experience in wellness, hospitality, executive retreats, or health-tech sectors Proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales with large Indian or multinational companies Strong network in HR, L&D, corporate wellness , or related spaces is highly preferred Excellent communication, storytelling, and proposal-writing skills Comfortable with both consultative selling and hard closing Willingness to travel to metro cities for meetings and expos
